Beside the headquarter in Dresden the InfraTec GmbH has two affiliated companies in UK and in the United States. Specialized in infrared technology the company develops, produces and distributes opto-electronical sensors, devices and equipment. The R&D department of the Sensor Division is staffed by scientists with many years of experience in Micro-Optic-Electric-Mechanical-Systems and other pertinent technologies. The R&D department of the Infrared Measurement Division consists of three groups. The first one is focused on the development and implementation of thermographic turn-key projects. The second group is responsible for the development of infrared and thermographic image processing software and the third group is focused on the design of infrared cameras including special optic solutions. The tasks of the described project will be done by the R&D department of the Infrared Measurement Division.
